Win11 & System rebuild ?

Im pretty sure I dont have my Win11 setup as local, or even if MS would let you. Ill be rebuilding my current Asus(1700 socket/DDR4) & i5 to a Ryzen 9(AM5/DDR5) & MSI(AM5) once the new AMD chipsets come out. What do I need to do to be able to reuse my two M2 Samsung drives and reuse my Win11(MS USB) ?

You'll probably have to do a clean Windows install from the USB and buy a cheap product key to activate it.
If one of the drives is just games and programs leave that out when doing the install.
