On launch, under w7sp1 x64 all these versions gives same error: "NVCleanstall has stopped working" [Close the program]

NVCleanstall_1.1.0.exe
NVCleanstall_1.11.0.exe
NVCleanstall_1.16.0.exe
NVCleanstall_1.14.0.exe
NVCleanstall_1.17.0.exe

I don't have a nvidia card installed right now, but I was expecting something like hardware/driver not found, or at least win7 not supported, although it's in the supported windows list. Any ideas?

Possibly Windows 7 erroring out, because of a dependency issue.
