Lots of old hardware never got drivers to update for vista let alone win 7 ( especially if its for a 64 bit O/S )

do you have any drivers for this cam for any o/s if so you could try installing in compatibility mode

if not then its either install to a pc with a legacy o/s or either shelf or the scrap parts bin

Looks to be a Vimicro VC0305

Vimicro web cameras

The latest driver shows to be for Windows 2000, XP(32 &64 bit), and Vista (32 & 64 bit).

You can try some of these; however, I do not use these sites and am, always, leery of their cleanliness.
So, if you do try some of the 305 drivers... check the files out and scan them before use.
Virustotal is a good place to check them: Virustotal

DriverMax Download USB PC Camera VC305 Computer Driver Update <--- lists only 32 bit windows 7 drivers

MyPCDrivers
Your Device:
Vimicro USB PC Camera 305 <--
lists 2K,XP,2K3,VISTA,WIN7,WIN8/32bits & 64bits (2nd one on the list)

Goodluck hope something works for you.

Unfortunately nothing works for me.. I found hardware ids in device mangers, maybe it's gonna help somehow

USB\VID_0C45&PID_613C&REV_0101
USB\VID_0C45&PID_613C

UPDATE:

Ok I found a driver but now I can't capture the sound. I can't see any avaiable microphone in "Menage audio devices". Does it mean there's no microphone in camera? o_O
