The Inquirer managed to get some informations on ATI's R520 codenamed Fudo.
ATI decided to call the R520 Radeon X1800, The Inquirer reported eralier.
Which means:
R520XT = X1800XT
R520PRO = X1800PRO
R520XL = X1800XL
...
Appearantly, someone at said the R520 is twice as good than X900, which was believed to be the new name for the R520
The mainstream card, based on an RV530 core, will be named Radeon X1600 and it will cost around $199.
The entry level RV515 is going to be called the Radeon X1300. This very affordable ATI cheapo card should land around $99 price mark.
ATI will finally offer wide range of Shader model 3.0, HDR and some nice video features for the whole family.
The cards will be launched in the first week of October.
