I am currently running F34 Bios version.
Everything on Auto in Bios, no OC, no PBO.
I just have XMP-3200 activated - everything is rock solid, no instability, not a single BSOD.

As soon as I update my bios to any version newer than F34, I get random BSOD, with and without XMP activated - everything on Auto in Bios, no OC, no PBO.

The system becomes unstable.

How is this possible?

I have 2 sticks patriot viper 3200, it is definitely a ram issues, did some memory testing and sometimes would reports errors. But never on F34 and below, never had a single bsod.
The ram is on the quality list.

Do I have to change the CPU or the RAM ? I got a info that I may have to change my old 3800X cpu from 2019, as it may be the source of issues.

Any ideas?

I reckon its an OS issue. If you have spare SSD, try installing Win11 on it and see if your machine can boot off that using the latest F39B bios. I have the same Mobo V1.2, 5700x tuned correctly using single core Curve Optimiser +200 boost, 32gb 2x16 3600, Win11
Try i this first actually. Update to the lastest bios, lock the cpu freq to something easy achievable live 4.3 all core and see if it BSODs. Newer bios may be boosting Zen 2 a bit harder. See if you get WHEA errors in HWinfo (last row at the bottom).
