XFX Radeon RX 580 shows incorrect x8 bus lanes

Hi folks,
This is my first post here.
And I´m having some trouble with my XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition OC+ 8GB.
GPU-Z shows correct information about the GPU card. But at bus interface shows working x8 1.1 or 3.0 instead x16 3.0 supported.
Card was bought back in SEP/2019 but only recent I noticed this.
I´ve tried different configs at UEFI Bios but no success at all.

Could you help me?

PS: I tested an old EVGA GTX 550 Ti at the same pci-e x16 slot, and it works @x16 on first boot and installation of nvidia drivers.

Is it still x8 under heavy load? If so, have you tried cleaning the fingers of the GPU and reseating it?

I would clean the pcie contacts and blow out the slot, get a picture of the pcie blade on the card front yo back, a close up. Hopefully no smd components have been knocked off or damaged.

I would remove all AMD GPU and Nvidia GPU drivers using their uninstallers, then download and run display driver uninstaller.

Under heavy load it works @x8 3.0. I've made a Furmark test, gaming, render and it works fine.
Yes, I disassembled and cleaned the whole PC last weekend.

I've already run DDU to cleanup drivers but o lucky, maybe it's needed again.

I use the PC for working but I'll try again a more deep clean on pci slot and take the photos ASAP.

Hi. Is there any chance to take out your card and put it in another system where you should remove all older drivers and reinstall them ?
I suspect you have problems with the main board not with the video card itself.
If the problem persist then you were unlucky and could be a hardware problem with your video card.

I have already tested an old GTX 550 Ti and it works @x16.
Taking a closer look to the Amazon shopping page (where I bought it) it saids: "hardware interface - pci express x8"
Maybe a custom XFX VBios limiting the bus lanes?

Here are pictures of the board. I just clean all up (card and pci slots again) and aplied new thermal paste to GPU. (that is the first time I disassemble this GPU)

Are the surface mount caps on the rear edge of the connector in good condition and aren't damaged or missing?
I have a Radeon HD 5770 that's permanently stuck in PCI-E X4 due to one of the caps being ripped off due to damage during insertion.

1 is damaged or missing, i just reviewed the photos

You have eagle eyes. I'll try to find a good tech to fix it.

I was sure it is something hardware but i did not saw the cap missing , even i was carefully watching at your photo.

I was thinking if it's a VBIOS issue/lock at start, but now I'll let the technician do his job.
