XFX RX 580 fails when trying to update the bios

Hello everyone, a cordial greeting.

I have an 8GB XFX RX 580 which I am very interested in repairing, I tried flashing a bios in both modes, and it just stopped turning on. It seems that it had a dedicated bios for mining, since I looked at its original specifications and they did not match.

The question is, does anyone have an idea how to repair it? I already ordered the programmer if necessary (CH341A with the SOIC8 adapter), but I would like to know if anyone has another method or knows how to make it work.

Also if they have a correct Bios file, so as not to mess it up twice.

As an important fact, the computer started up, but it did not provide any video, and the fans stopped. Likewise, my processor is a Xeon, so it does not have integrated graphics.

I would appreciate any response.

Before flashing anything, you need to know which memory is on the card. Blindly flashing a bios in hope it has the correct memory support is not the way to go.
Please provide memory brand and part number which is listed on the memory. Samsung K4G80325FB, K4G80325FC? Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR, H5GC8H24AJR? Micron??

Can you provide us the XFX PCB board number as well. See red square in the picture below:

Of course, in theory I did check the memories and chose the correct version, but I probably made a mistake.

The pcb number is 181030HJ, and the ram memory from what I understand is Samsung.

This was the last thing it looked at before it stopped working.

We still dont know what the part number of the Samsung memory is. Is it Samsung K4G80325FB or Samsung K4G80325FC?

Did you test the card at all when it was working?
When you flashed it, did it actually complete the process successfully?
Isn't that a dual BIOS card with a physical switch?
If so, are you saying you flashed both BIOS?
