Hey guys I figured I would finally post here and see if i can get a little help. I've been troubleshooting an issue since July where my computer will go to a black screen and there's a loud sound coming from the speakers. After this the computer has to be manually restarted. I have replaced the motherboard, the power supply, the hard drive and the processor. None of this fixes the issue. Sometimes it seems to be less of a problem and a game will run for a bit before crashing. Also I have to point out that older less taxing games generally don't crash the system. I have checked each RAM stick one by one for 6 - 8 hours through memtest and i realize this isn't a 100% fool proof test but im fairly confident the RAM isn't the culprit here. I have changed some of the global settings in wattman as some others have suggested across the internet which seemed to work like before, temporarily. I got desperate and also tried MSI afterburner to change some settings also to the same effect. So after I installed the brand new motherboard I decided to look into the crashes some more. I found alot of people talking about the PSU. I didn't consider this because the RX560 requires a 450w PSU and i have a brand new 600w. Now I'm starting to wonder if the PSU is just not getting enough power to the whole system to keep it stable. Hoping someone can shed some light on this situation? Here's my system specs. I also have to say i only have 2 matching RAM sticks which were part of a kit (I know this isn't ideal but I have removed all the RAm except for the kit and the crashes continue). Also I get a kernel power 41 event in the crash logs afterwards not sure if that is relevant. Appreciate any help here I'm just shy of selling everything and taking a trip around the world to forget about computers for a while. I have also completely uninstalled wattman as suggested on another forum to no avail. Also i roleld the driver back to a super old one and got a green screen crash that time with the sound loop.
Also took a log of right before the crash on HWinfo and here is the log file to that if anyone would mind to have a look. Im not super experienced with reading these logs so not sure what im looking for.

CPU--- AMD FX-8350 Black Edition
Motherboard--- Gigabyte 970A DS3P
GPU--- XFX RX560 4gb (Unfortunately the glorified RX460 version)
PSU--- EVGA 600W 80 plus W1 series (Been told recently this is horrible?)
