Zotac RTX 3080 TI won't post. GPU-Z "unknown: BIOS

Bought the Card on Ebay frorm seller claiming no video, So basically I'm getting no post. I was able to boot into windows using the IGPU, went to Device manager and windows detects the 3080 TI, Although with an error 43. upon opening GPU-Z, i'm getting "Unknown" for Bios and for some other boxes like memory, I figured, Hmm, I must have something going on with the Bios which would explain Error 43 and Not being able to post. So I load up NVflash, and flash the Zotac 3080 ti trinity BIOS found here, I get no errors, and everything checks, so I open once again GPU-Z and Bios info shows up minus some Memory boxes being greyed out, figured it's since I need to restart after flashing. But Card still didn't post, and when I go to boot windows on IGPU again, i go on GPU-z and Bios was back to "Unknown" and everything from the beginning was greyed out again, Is the Bios not being saved? could the Bios chip be faulty? or am i looking at a bigger problem. Anyone that has had faced a similar issue? Thank you.

First and second pic is GPU-Z before flash third and fourth is Right after Bios flashed without yet restarting.

Can you grab a picture of the white sticker on the back of the card?

We may also need to physically see the RAM chips, not sure yet.

The sticker showing S/N? If so, this should be it

Ill take pics of ram chips as soon as i dismantle the GPU. Another thing to note is that the motherboard BIOS does detect that there is a GPU on the PCIE Slot

Just curious: how much you pay for that non functioning card ?
To get the idea why people risk money to buy a brick hoping they will solve it.
You may have some luck, but there is always a chance that you could not make it work.

Like 200 bucks. I bought it with the intention of replacing a chip or resistor if i have to, but i want to make sure im not overlooking something software related

It can't be overclocked when it's dead, either the idiot put a bad bios on it and caused it to brick or burn out a component, probably mined with it.

Last resort.

Sorry, might have been misread, over looking, not over clocking lol, That would be the least of worries. I’m going to take the card apart and rule out any shorts, or damage to gpu, but I’m not sure, i have a ch341A programmer lying around, maybe I’ll try to brute force the Bios directly to the Bios Chip

Well i gave you 3 stock bios to rule out anything to that. I have a video with good instructions

I gave you 3 files and a video, flash the card or send it back as never worked, your choice.

Don't waste my time.

hey, finally had some time to flash the Bios you sent me, i used an external CH341a programmer, and the chip is being read, and the Bios is clean and flashed, but the problem remains, so, atleast i know my Bios is not an issue, going to be testing with multimeter to find any shorts, thank you nonetheless

oh i also tried NVflash on all 3, CH341a was just a last resort

Krisfix.de or northridge fix might be able to guide you on pcb repair.
