Why are you wanting to flash your BIOS in the first place? You have a higher end AIB card already. You have nothing to gain by flashing other than excessive heat and power draw for at most 1-2% gain.

Just enjoy your card as it is. Use the OC scanner in the Nvidia App or MSI Afterburner if you are looking for a little something extra to get more performance out of your card.

Okay thank you. I wanted just for change the Fan curve at 30% the Fans are not so good. I think to do a Fan Mod on it with 3 Noctua Fans. Is geh NVIDIA App stable ? I read that the NVIDIA decrease performance and have some issues

I have had zero issues with the Nvidia App. Also, if you want to adjust your fan curve, you can do less drastic changes than a BIOS.

I would recommend Fan Control - A highly focused fan controlling software for Windows

This will not only do your GPU, but all of your system fans through one application. You can adjust curves individually for each fan. It also allows you to plot your temps on a mixed curve and to set your fans to the highest temp, avg temp, etc... it is pretty customizable. I have my CPU and GPU hotspot plotted; it adjusts accordingly to whichever is the higher value.
