Club 3D is launching two new adapters today which have been the most requested items by game enthusiasts over the past 2 years. Game Consoles are setting new standards with every new generation. One of the most important ones of the latest consoles is the Ultra High Speed HDMI output, that most of them have. This delivers high bandwidth, which allows resolutions up to 4K120Hz. Displays used on the other side of the setup may have DisplayPort or USB Type-C inputs, which requires signal conversion. The new adapters offer this and are the perfect solution for users who have the latest game consoles and DisplayPort 1.4 capable displays—native or via DisplayPort Alternate Mode.

Since Multi-Monitor-Solutions are part of Club 3D's DNA for many years, we have taken the time to develop the best available solutions with those two new MST Hubs. They both can provide 2x 4K60Hz when the source device is not supporting DSC 1.2 (Display Stream Compression). In case the source device supports DSC 1.2 all three outputs can deliver 4K60Hz. As part of our company policy Club 3D always wants to be first or among the first to bring new connectivity technologies to the market. We have done it again and are proud to announce the availability of the first Ultra High Speed HDMI Cables 10K 120Hz (with DSC 1.2 support) 48Gbps (aka HDMI 2.1) in 2 different lengths. We introduce CAC-1371 (1m) and CAC-1372 (2m) as the first cables for the new standard which will set new horizons regarding highest resolutions at very high clock rates.

Back at the end of June, Club 3D already announced the next generation of video splitters that are capable of supporting Dual Monitor @ 4K60Hz. Today we are proud to announce our first docking station which supports as well Dual Monitor @ 4K60Hz. And that is not everything. The new model - CSV-1460 - comes with a lot of ports and is a fully hybrid docking station. Already more than 3 years ago, back in summer 2013, Club 3D did open up a new era by introducing the first Multi Stream Transport Hubs (MST-Hubs) to the worldwide IT market. With the introduction of the DisplayPort 1.2 standard in the beginning of this decade, the Multi Stream Transport Technology was established. The concept of MST was already available before Club 3D developed the solution and was first to bring a MST Hub into the mainstream market. In 2014 we could already introduce the second generation MST-Hubs and create a line of products for Dual-, Triple- and Quad-Monitor usage and even one version with HDMI outputs. In IT the development never stands still and therefore Club 3D is proud to be ahead in the market again by introducing the first product of the next generation of MST-Hubs today. MST Hub goes Type C it can be called. The Club 3D SenseVision MST Hub USB 3.1 Gen1 Type C to DisplayPort 1.2 Dual Monitor is named CSV-1545. It takes advantage of the very new Type C plug but offers the technology that users are used to from our existing line up of MST Hubs.

In January 2016 Club 3D brought a solution to the market as an upgrade since GPU solutions were not bundled with HDMI 2.0 connectors. Users needed to spend a lot of money for the latest graphics card, Notebook, Ultrabook or MiniPC, that were equipped with up to date technology HDMI 2.0 output for 4K@ 60Hz.

With the introduction of the CAC-1070 (DP 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 Adapter) and CAC-1170 (MiniDP to HDMI 2.0 Adapter) Club 3D has been the first company in the market to fulfil this demand. These 2 products have become our star products for 2016. Now it is time to develop things further and introduce the next products for this demand.

Back in October 2015 Club 3D did introduce its first USB 3.1 Type-C Adapters. The USB Type-C connector was introduced in the first months of 2015. This completely new connector plug is smaller, reversible and capable of transferring more than data alone. It is expected that the USB Type-C connector will eventually replace the USB Type A and Type B connectors we have all been using over the past years. With the Type-C connector, the USB 3.1 standard was introduced as well. Compared to USB 3.0 the new standard offers twice the transfer rate of up to 10 Gbps and allows for three essential features to be used over a single cable: Video, Data and Power.

With AMD announcing software support for HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 active adapters with its Radeon Software Crimson Edition, various AMD AIB partners could jump in with such adapters.
