The be quiet! chassis ships in a brown cardboard box with a simple outline of the Pure Base 501 DX on the front and a blow-up diagram next to some marketing text on the rear. Both sides dive into the details of the enclosure with more text and a specifications table. Two large QR codes send you directly to the product pages of each color variant.


The Pure Base 501 DX is held in place by compact Styrofoam spacers, and a plastic bag has been applied to keep away fingerprints and protect against scratches at the factory.

You will get an assorted set of screws and some zip ties with the chassis. On top of that there are three metal pieces that together allow the case to provide vertical expansion slots. be quiet! also includes five extra Velcro strips for easier cable management. Unlike the original 500 DX, you will no longer find a printed manual alongside this case.
