The shape of the M900 Pro is very similar to, albeit not identical with the DeathAdder V3 Pro. The most notable difference is the hump sitting a bit higher on the DeathAdder V3 Pro, leading to a bulkier profile in general. In addition, the M900 Pro is wider around the grip area, though due to the lower profile, this may not be immediately felt. Other than that, the similarities are obvious, and extend to hump position, how it slopes down, the degree to which the front and rear flare out, and how the main buttons are framed by ledges. The side buttons are smaller and sit accordingly higher, however. Overall, not exactly an original design, but one that essentially works just as well as the DeathAdder V3 Pro.
As for grip styles, I'd say the M900 Pro is equally suited for palm or claw grip. It is a large mouse with a fairly pronounced hump, which makes it suitable for bigger hands. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the M900 Pro perfectly comfortable in claw grip.
