VRM Specifications
Power Design: Vcore: 6 Phase
SOC: 2 Phase
Doublers:Infineon IR3599
CPU PWM:Infineon IR35201 (X + Y = 8)
Power Stages: Vcore: Infineon IR3553 (40 Amp)
SOC High Side: ON Semiconductor 4C10N (x2 per phase)
SOC Low Side: ON Semiconductor 4C06N (x2 per phase)

The Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro WiFi features a 14 phase VRM in a (6 x2) + 2 configuration using IR3599 doublers for the Vcore phases.

The IR35201 controller supports a maximum of six Vcore phases and two SOC phases. Most of the IR3599 doublers are on the back of the board, while one is placed on the front, next to the SOC VRM packages.

The Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro WiFi uses IR3553 power stages, which are rated for 40 A. While these stages have a lower current rating than other offerings, they sport a more sophisticated feature set.

The SOC phases each feature a package of two 4C10N high-side MOSFETs and two 4C06N low-side MOSFETs, all from ON Semiconductor. While this is a cheaper overall setup than for the Vcore power stages, it should be more than sufficient to supply the needs of the SOC.

The Gigabyte X570 AORUS Pro WiFi has a maximum output of 480 A, and while we won't know for sure until the Ryzen 3950X launches, this should be more than sufficient even for LN2 overclocking.
