Fan control on the Gigabyte Z690 AORUS Xtreme WaterForce can be accessed in the BIOS. Gigabyte does have fan-controlling software listed as "System Information."
The Gigabyte Z690 AORUS Xtreme WaterForce has a total of nine main fan headers spread throughout the PCB. If you are looking for more connectivity, don't forget about the AORUS RGB fan controller which has an additional eight fan headers.
