Haswell temperatures are equal to those of Ivy Bridge processors. Temperatures may sometimes be higher due to the integrated VRM inside the CPU (iVR).
When it comes to water-cooling, idle temperatures are almost the same, but the processors were sometimes even up to 15°C cooler under load!
