The aluminium radiator used for the HyperFlow Silent 360 is pretty standard with no noticeable differences compared to the majority of 360 mm AIOs on the market. While white and black versions are available we only have the black version on hand for testing. The radiator does have the Montech name on the side, black on black, which adds a nice subtle branding that's not in your face. Meanwhile, the tubing is 400 mm in length which is fairly common and uses a nylon braided sleeve to improve the look along with chrome styled fittings for flair. As for the radiators FPI (fins-per-inch) I measured 18 to 19 which is slightly less than the prototypical 20-21 seen on other units. This means that there is slightly less surface area but on the flip side it means it is much easier for the fans to push air through the radiator.
The pump block has the same simple yet elegant design as the HyperFlow ARGB series. Except, like the radiator branding, Montech again goes black on black making the branding very subtle, and I find that to be refreshing. When taking a close look you know it's a Montech cooler but as part of a build it won't clash, which is a nice touch since every case seems to have tempered glass side panels these days. As for the tubing both the inlet and outlet are on the same side with the wiring in between, however, the wiring sits low enough that it won't conflict with the swivel fittings overall rotation range.
The fans used for this AIO are Montech's Metal Pro 12 Silent 120 mm fans. They have an increased thickness vs more prototypical offerings measuring in at 28 mm vs the standard 25 mm. The fans have a PWM RPM range of 800–2200 alongside a max CFM of 72.3. Compared to the fans on the HyperFlow ARGB series these new Silent versions have fewer fan blades and a slightly lower CFM and pressure rating so it will be interesting to see how they do. Visually they look fairly good and feature rubber anti-vibration pads on all corners and can be daisy-chained together. The fans use standard 4-pin connectors and with the fans slightly thicker frame the connectors can be tucked into the frame near the screw holes where the rubber anti-vibration pads will hold them in place, keeping things neat and tidy. I just wish the fan stickers had opted for that same black on black style used on the pump and radiator to complete the look.
