Circuit Board (PCB) Analysis

The GPU VRM is a 10-phase design powered by the International Rectifier IR35217 controller.


OnSemi NCP302150 DrMOS chips are used for GPU voltage; they are rated for 50 A of current each.


The memory VRM is three-phase and powered by a NCP81022 controller.


For memory, the same OnSemi NCP302150 DrMOS chips are used as on the GPU VRM.


The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Samsung and carry the model number K4ZAF325BM-HC18. They are specified to run at 2250 MHz (18 Gbps GDDR6 effective).


AMD's Navi 22 graphics processor is fabricated using a 7 nanometer production process at TSMC Taiwan; its transistor count is 17.2 billion, and the die size is 336 mm².
