Introduction
I would like to thank
NZXT for supplying the review sample.
NZXT has been introducing their updated H-series over time and is now filling the mid-range of it with the new NZXT H5 Flow RGB (2024). While it retains its name from the predecessor, you should be starting to see the year of release next to the old as well as this new version in online listings. Even without it, the new NZXT H5 Flow RGB (2024) we are reviewing here is visually quite different from its previous iteration, so you should easily be able to determine which variant you are looking at. It is available in black or white, and you can also opt for a more affordable non-RGB version.

Packaging
The NZXT H5 Flow RGB ships in a brown box with an image of the chassis on the front and big text elements on the back. A full color sticker will also let you know which color variant you will be getting. On the sides, there are a few more images as well as a specification table, with the opposite panel filled with some marketing bulletin points.
The chassis is secured with two very big Styrofoam spacers as well as a cardboard lining that has been placed across the front and top mesh elements as an added layer of protection. Even with all that, the H5 Flow RGB is bagged in a clear plastic bag as well.
