Photo Station
The first time you enter Photo Station, you will be given a small tour. I suggest taking it since it goes over all the basic functions and options of Photo Station.
Photo Station is a web album for organizing and sharing photos and videos stored on the NAS with the rest of the world. After you upload the files to the NAS, thumbnails will automatically be generated, allowing for quick previews. You can even pick the background music for the slideshow before sharing it by email or publishing it on various social media sites.
Video Station
Video Station allows you to create a personal video website or share videos on social networking sites.
DJ Station
DJ Station allows you to share your musical creations with others. By drag-and-drop, you can move music you created into a playlist, which you then share with others. Instead of sharing one song at a time, you can now easily share multiple songs via Facebook with other friends.
File Station
File Station gives you remote access to the NAS, which allows you to manage files you have stored on it through a web browser.
Download Station
Download Station allows you to directly download files to your NAS, without the intervention of a PC. It supports BT, HTTP, FTP, RapidShare, and Magnet links.
Download Station allows you to execute file downloads directly; there is no need to install any other software on the NAS. The web-management interface also allows you to manage and complete all download tasks via a web browser. Install QGet on a client PC and you can even manage download tasks on multiple Turbo NAS servers simultaneously.
Notes Station
Notes Station allows you to create digital memos on the by the NAS provided private cloud. You can also easily integrate photos, videos, files, or music stored on the NAS into these memos.
Music Station
Music Station allows you to put your music collection on the cloud; music you upload to the NAS can be accessed via a web browser and requires no additional software for playback. While a track is playing, its title, artist, album, and genre are clearly displayed, and random and continuous playback options are available. You can even add your favorite radio station to Music Station or use Music Station as an alarm clock—yes, a NAS worth $700 can act as an alarm clock!
myQNAPcloud
Use the myQNAPcloud service to access pre-selected NAS services through the net. myQNAPcloud provides host name registration, mapping of the NAS IP, in case its IP is dynamic, and auto-port mapping of UPnP routers on the local network. With the ability to pick those you want to access remotely over the Internet, its Wizard also easily allows you to setup the service.
This is myQNAPcloud's web interface. As you can see, you can directly access all registered NAS servers on your account and all corresponding services you picked in their administration interface.
CloudLink gives you remote access to the NAS without re-configuring your router. CloudLink supports myQNAPCloud and various PC and mobile applications written for QNAP servers.
