On this page we will take a more in-depth look at database performance, using the popular database server MySQL. For this test we created eight database tables, one for each worker thread. The total size of the database is 8 GB, twice the InnoDB memory buffer. We'll be running six tests in total, at various read/write ratios, to simulate different kinds of workloads. The reported min/max values are 5th and 95th percentile, so outliers are not taken into account.
