A Canon product, probably. A printer or printer-scanner-copier? The image resolution is too low to read out date codes from any of the chips.

Edit: Google FG1-8358. There's a larger pic. Several of the chips were made in 1994.

I am just guessing here at this point , is it from a 1994 professional recording studio camera?

The board is marked NTP-NMC-T , a similar marking is found on a "Nikon OPTISTATION 3 200mm Automatic Wafer Inspection System"

NTP-NMC-T is found on multiple (PLC) control circuit boards from japanese manufacturers.
