With the GeForce 10 Series, MSI is beginning to sub-brand its Gaming series graphics cards, so it could offer them at multiple price-points. The company launched its GTX 1080 lineup with the GTX 1080 Gaming X. The "X" here denotes a middle-grade (for features and clock speeds). A notch above this, is the GTX 1080 Gaming Z (yet to be launched, comes with the most features and highest clock speeds). There will be a third brand-extension, which will succeed the "LE" extension from previous generations. It could very well just be "Gaming" (no letters next to it). These cards look custom-design, but feature reference or close to reference clock speeds.
