I still have no idea what the difference is between socket AM4 and older sockets when it comes to mounting a cooler, far as I know there is no difference as the wraith cooler fits on both sockets :S

The standard AMD mounting device is a set of clamps that latch on to some plastic pieces on a frame around the CPU socket, this has not changed. BUT the holes in the PCB that the aforementioned frame uses to attach to the MB have moved, since most after market coolers use the holes in stead of the clamp most coolers compatible with AM3 will not be compatible to AM4

AM2-AM3+ had a 96 x 48 mm hole spacing.
AM4 now has 90 x 54 mm.

Providing that you are actually serious, water coolers will need the new bracket(s).

ChaitanyaOuch that doesnt inspire confidence in anyone who is going to their coolers in next few weeks. Also I guess the reason behind this would be different mounting setups for different coolers.
Guru3D just updated the news : www.guru3d.com/news-story/cooler-master-ready-for-kaby-lake-and-ryzen.html
Virtually all of Cooler Master’s liquid and air coolers are compatible with Intel Kaby Lake’s LGA 1151 socket. For AMD Ryzen’s AM4 socket, any models lacking native compatibility can be adapted using an upgrade kit. These free upgrade kits will be made available soon via our CM store.

Looks like I'll be making my own for the ThermoLab Baram as it's still a great cooler with two 1850rpm 120mm Typhoon fans
