82% of American IPhone Customers are 'Very Satisfied'

Despite all the bad press the iPhone has been getting in response to such allegations as locking people to a certain network and preventing third party applications from going on the iPhone, 82% of all people who've ever bought an iPhone are reported as being "very satisfied". The iPhone also makes up two percent of all phones on the street today, and 16% of all phone customers who plan on buying a new phone within the next six months are planning on getting an iPhone.

Its because over 82% of people have common sense not screw with the phone and not to file a law suit that they cant win.

Or %90 of Apple customers gladly choke on it.

I hate the apple commecials, they represent the "wrong" of society. A dancer who can snap pics and send them to her website, that noone but her mom and a few stalkers probably visit, and of course her "life partner". Bleh.

The racket is probably coming from less than 5% of the people. Most people that want to tweak with things either know they won't be supported or will find a better platform than an Apple product for tweaking.

All this statistical junk is to be taken with a grain of salt IMO. If you read the fine print, the link is from MACWORLD, and the link from there is for some random financial chain. The data they used was from 3654 consumers from "Alliance". Yea there's evidently a ton of businesses in it, but that doesn't give good sample. A pretty crappy representation if you ask me. And also, who cares?

How can anyone be satisfied when they paid $400+ for a phone that doesn't have 10 important features my 2 yr old LG has. And don't even compare it to the Nokia E70. That thing just embarrasses Apple and their wannabe phone.

I'd say it's more like 82% of people that bought an iphone are idiots. Majority almost always equals stupidity, and in this case, also a sub-par product

I'm very satisfied with my iphone, at last I can comfortably surf the net anywhere without problems, and when I'm home it connects to my wi-fi network so it loads everything a lot faster.

I connect it to my car's stereo when I drive to work to listen to my favorite tunes, and I'm finaly watching season one from battlestar galactica on my lunch hour. Looking for an address while on the freeway have saved me and my wife from getting lost more than a few times.

Access to my gmail account is flawless, and the on-screen keyboard is very intuitive and easy to use, in fact, I'm writing this post from my iphone right now :)

The real marvel is that you can get a nearly identical clone of it for a fraction of the cost :D

Mac World. Come on..thats a biased opinion. I bet i could get people to admit they love being sodomized with a broom if they worked for the company that made the handles rofl! My friend has an iPhone. He didn't answer any questions...and he hates the thing. He even preferred his Razr!
