There's plenty of laptops that would give you real PC feels. You can get ones with desktop 16 core CPUs in them. If you need upgradability then in today's market buying a whole laptop is often cheaper than buying a gpu. Sure you might loose 15% performance compared to the desktop equivalent...

With an extruded heatsink like that this thing won't draw over 75w I suspect. Maybe 100w but they can save on PCB engineering if they don't need external power as well.

I've got one of these. Clocks nicely. I set the max ppt to 125w to get 4ghz all core boost and call it a day.

65w should be easily manageable. Considering they used to have heatsinks this size on 150w graphics card no problem :)

If it supports modding as well as the old diablo 2 I might pick this up when on sale. Otherwise diablo 2 is a better option, really love eastern sun mod.

I rebuilt the system into another case using a different motherboard and had the same issue. ( Same windows install) I'll give this a go. Thank you for suggestions, sounds silly but problems like this keep me up at night .
