Try it and also with a fan blowing into the open case (as diagnostic measures)

temps go about 96 C for cpu and about 88 for GPU, the throttling for both of them goes insane with extreme stuttering dude to massive clock speed drops

am i doing something wrong here??

Hi,
You might post to the actual machine
Nitro is a laptop series isn't it so leaving the case/ bottom open is not wise hehe

Seems you should use better paste or at the least detail what you did use

Do not use too thin (liquid-like) thermal paste; use more dense one, but fine, thin layer, so it stays where it is supposed to. I've used white silicon (?) based from a local factory that produced telephony equipment and it works well.

GPU temperature is to be expected, CPU is probably throttling because of the low 45W TDP limit rather than temperature. You can try to use ptm7950 for better temps but I am afraid it's not going to get much better.
