Hi, I see a lot of people have 63ms+- latency, but I have 73, I have already reduced the basic timings, what else do I need to do to get lower timings?

please write as clear as possible, i am a complete nub, i write and read through a translator.

Double click the latency box. Often the first run is a few ms higher.

Even so 68ms is alright. Though maybe you have background stuff that is causing a higher value than what it really is.

as well as 73

I need to adjust the secondary and ternary timings, but I don't know what values to set there at all

For best numbers you have to go to safemode. Even if your windows is relatively clean, you probably will still gain some by going to safemode.

Considering that, plus some normal board and CPU variations here and there, sounds about right. Your timings are probably tighter than mine

You can make some pretty big gains by just increasing FCLK in AIDA. No idea if it actually improves real performance elsewhere, but it is what it is.

Is this for fun benchmarking or does it need to be rock solid stable to not corrupt your data? Nothing wrong with 73ms, especially if you don't know much about timings. Yes you can probably push it more but you will need to invest much more time learning and trial and error.

You can also change the latency by lowering the tFAW and raising the tREFi values. Lots of other little tricks that may have zero impact on real-world performance but the latency looks better.

The more values you change, the more it needs to be validated for stability.
