Your phone can decode a dolby atmos stream to playback on your phone via headphones. What this does, is translating the dolby atmos signal into a 3d format for headphones. It does not afaik support encoding or passthrough of a dolby atmos stream to external speakers. This would also require a usb-c to hdmi (e-)arc output capability, and that is something I have never seen in any specification for modern android phones. Because bluetooth is not capable of transmitting an actual dolby atmos stream, you need a hdmi connection.
