Chinese Salvaged X99 Boards?

I know these are hit and miss, but lets just entertain the idea for a minute. I have a Xeon v4 CPU and lots of DDR3/4 ECC ram laying around. Are any of these any decent in a mATX form factor, and will any be limiting factors on the GPU side, as I have a 6750XT I could put in it? I've seen some people mention newer GPU's are an issue for these boards?

Decent for what? Finding the cure for cancer? Playing the latest games? Designing the next nuclear aircraft carrier? No.

Updating social media? Writing a word document? Watching YouTube videos? Sure.
