Error when trying to copy installer, related to HTTP

Hey everyone, i need some help. I'm trying to download a driver for my GPU but for some reason i keep getting this error

These are the settings i'm using in NVCleanstall

Any ideas on what it could be?

Nothing, using Windows Firewall but even for that i didn't do anything different/tweaked any settings. Like i managed to use the program last year on this PC with no issues. I can check the content filter, where can i locate and check the files?

Any tips on what should i do or how can i help further to resolve the problem?

Can you confirm that this is fixed now?

This was a server-side configuration error. I moved a bunch of older drivers to another disk drive, but the web server instance didn't have access to that
