While building a disk array, while copying form a phone to backup.

I wonder what 700W limit is capable of..... 450 for a card this big isn't too absurd, also, the memory clock pulls the mv to the GPU core down, so core clocks first.

450W TBP limit is bumped against.... hard for this.

But your scores are almost double of that also, 22177 @ 416W vs 11725 @ 251W for my 6700XT

However, due to custom watercooling, the temps are waay better

Since this is posted in the Overclocking & Cooling subforum, I assume the aim is to compare the efficiency of the card's cooling solution?
Here's a reference 7900XTX @ 1080p with stock settings:

The room temperature at the time of testing was 25 C, so not quite optimal.

I just want to point something out. Even thou I have the 64 bit & 32 bit installed, when it come to fault finding I prefer the 32 bit version for two reasons.

1. It shows real GPU clock speed, not scale down on the 64 bit version

2. 32 bit version generates more heat on the memory than 64 bit version. Here memory temperature can exceed Hotspot temperature by 1C. This is remarkable because AFAIK this is the only program that can do that.
