Seeing as I started this thread. It is safe to believe some interest existed. At this point I'm just topically bumping the thread to promote relevant information.
No signs of release day appearance on GOG is relevant information so far I'm concerned.
I think it is relevant to your statement noting the fact Sony discovered and announced breaches. Discovered and announced.
Usefulness and enjoyability of multiplayer on the console side is unknown to me. Maybe it is very active on PSN.
A mostly unwanted feature being lost could be seen as a plus by some.
Not being purchaseable for offline play in those countries would be unwarranted discrimination.

PSN had like a couple of breaches over the years but I think the main problem is countries that do not have access to PSN will not be able to even get the game to begin with.
Which is what caused the huge fiasco with Helldivers 2.
