I have a 4080rtx vertically mounted in my computer, at the top I have a 360 AIO cooler for my CPU. When the system is idling the fans on the GPU are off, and then it will raise the temperature inside the case making the AIO working with hot air = making the CPU warmer. I have no throttling problems I just wanna know if I can make it better somehow. I have a place at the bottom at the case (with dust filter) where I can put some intakt fans, woulf that be good for the overall temperaturen? Or is it better to set a custom fan curve on the gpu so the fans would be working even when idle? Or maybe both?..

You are worrying too much, if the fans are off then the temperature must be low enough for you to not worry.
If the temperature rises then the fans will turn themselves on, it's not like some baby that can't take care of itself.

It wouldnt work like that, infact I reckon it would be worse for you AIO. If you turn your GPU fans to always on, your GPU would be cooler but where do you think those heat go? Fans will dissipate those heat to your case more efficiently making the GPU colder, but your case hotter. GPU fans are just to move heat from GPU to somewhere else. They cant make anything else cooler. As long as your graphic card is producing same heat ie. using same power, that heat will make it way to your case ambient. So you either need find a way to lower your cards power consumption or simply increase the volume of circulating air in your case. Extra intakes and exhaust would help with that.

But I agree with @joemama, you are worrying too much about it.

A lot of gpu default is they are off until gpu hits 60c which they turn on. you can override that using like MSI afterburner or Asus GPU tweak to override 0db mode. I run my gpu fans at 30% when under 55c, its still pretty much silent over what noise is already present with case fans.

@adilazimdegilx forgets that with fans off gpu runs hotter so regardless you still have extra radiant heat int he case. when i had mine off gpu idled a around 10c warmer then when they are on low rpm.
