Ah gotcha, yes 'Width' here = Depth! In the general sense, we take Length as the longest side of a given object and width as the smaller side. Industry practices will vary and adopt different methods hence the confusion.
Looking at the above product spec sheet we see:
Dimensions(L x W x H): 150 x 190 x 86 mm
86mm = height
150mm = check the length between the 2 case side panels - standard ATX cases should easily fit any 150mm unit
190mm = check the length/depth between the rear and front of the case. This will vary depending on case size, HDD cage, front fans, etc. Keep in mind, the units depth measurement does not account for the required additional headroom for connecting cables. You should have sufficient headroom if its a standard ATX case.
If you're still confused... to simplify, if we convert these labels to how we generally look at measurements then we would take 150mm/15cm as the Width, 190mm/19cm as the Length/Depth and height is self-explanatory.
