Hello everyone, does anyone know of a relatively small, sub-$150 MATX case, with good airflow, dust filters, and gpu clearance of at least 325mm? I know that's very specific but I would really appreciate if anyone could let me know of a case that matches this description.

There are to many to even remember. Bitfenix Prodigy M used to be within that price range. Got a "mustang"-orange one for my brother's rig a few years back. Fractal design has a ton of options that can support full-size triple-slot GPUs. Even their cheapest Core 1000 can do up to 350mm if you unmount HDD panel.
And if you are really not picky - check out Chieftec and Deepcool. Yes, their "steel" is paper-thin, but overall layout ain't bad, and both have at least a dozen of sub-$100 compact cases with adult-sized GPU support.

I like the Thermaltake V21. I think its $80 last time I looked and it will have no GPU sag..

It's a bad-ass case. You'll like it.
When we were building my brother's rig, we've crammed a triple-fan GTX980Ti in it after some juggling around internal brackets, but I AFAIK the newer revision has even more GPU clearance.

I'm just bias.. I hate GPU sag, I will never use a case that has the GPU horizontal again.
