My 3 front fans don't work, I don't know if its the PSU, the motherboard (the motherboard detects the 3 sys_fans but there are at 0), the connector or a BIOS config, the 3 fans came with the case and there from the same brand but the BIOS config of the fans does nothing. The fans do not spin when I turn on the system or when there are high temperatures, these fans are also ARGB and I don't know if that influences them not working.
Please let me know if there is any solution.

1. Try other headers, if you haven’t yet.
2. Try feeding them (or at least one of them) from the PSU directly via a molex adapter, if you have one.
3. Try setting them to 100% RPM in BIOS and then spinning them up manually with your finger. The motor might be stuck on something.
4. Try a known working fan in the same header, if you have one.
