Yes it is, however, I bought a few of these for client builds late last year, and back then, the (limited time) coupon was for $35 off, so that made it even better..:)

I saw that 12600k's were 151 bucks the other day too, and it got me thinking, can you imagine being a 12 year old pc gamer again? truly a golden age / affordable

I remember when we only had like two options and both were expensive, and I was begging my mom to upgrade the AGP card in the compaq CRT bundle she got me at walmart. lol wild how good kids got it now

Well had a look its also cheaper in Denmark its still 20% more than a 5800x3d cpu tho so if people only game it may be better going for the gameing cpu

I remember paying exactly Fl 1000,- 'gulden' (Florins), ye olde Dutch currebcy before euro... for a - the first - series of 1Ghz PCs :) Boy was it shit! Barely gamed proper, but I could run a lot of shareware stuff (Twilight CD Roms filled with them)...

I feel ancient now
