I have this Dell RTX 3080 which is dead before, I send it to service and the guy who did the service shows how it repaste and re-thermal pad and fixed the memory problem and shows video if the card running 3dMark Fire Strike 4k stress test and passing. When I got the card it still exhibit similar problems as before, when booting it just shows no display. I got it run once, and when it runs it runs just fine, playing cyberpunk with no problem whatsoever but problem start again when I shut down. I tried forcing the PCIe to run Gen3 only, and disabling iGPU but it still comes out the same. So what is supposed to be the problem? The PSU? or the motherboard? Both GPU and motherboard BIOS has been updated to the latest one.
