Old or older hardware

Hi I'm buying a combo that costs 70 dollars and while looking for a motherboard on Aliexpress (because the local prices are high) i found two options one is a MAXSUN MS-Challenger B450M brand new and the ASUS EX-B150M-V4 Used, The two got similar price of 50 dollars. If i go with the AM4 motherboard i will buy a Ryzen 3 1200 which costs 23 dollar which will not fit with the budget because i still have to buy DDR4 Ram which costs 15 dollar new and if I go with the intel mobo
i will buy a G4400 and a Xeon E3-1220 V5 (the G4400 so i can flash a modded bios so the Xeon will work) which will cost me 12 dollar for the two CPUs and get the ram. i heard that with the AM4 Mobo I'm getting a better support for hardware but then i found the Coffee Time BIOS mod which allows the 100-200 series mobo to install 8th-9th CPU and i'm considering doing it if i get the B150M.

what Motherboard should i get?. and is X99 mobo any good?

Whatever the case, I'd tell you to get the AM4 setup. Can't you get an Athlon (e.g. 200GE) instead of the Ryzen 3, to cut budget a little further?

Thanks for the suggestion, I looked at cpu support for the B450m and it doesn't support the athlon - A10 and even if I get the 200GE it would cost the same as R3 1200 on Aliexpress and there is no good deals for 300 series mobo on Aliexpress most of them cost 80 because of high shipping cost
