You can take the test on this page: https://pspdfkit.com/webassembly-benchmark/
I myself score this result:
2023-02-24-135816_1920x1080_scrot.png

I use the following hardware:
Intel i3-3240 + 4GB RAM @1600Mhz DDR3 single channel + NVIDIA GTX 650 1GB + EVO 850 500GB

If I were to overclock this CPU I should score around 3800.
The specific score doesn't seem bad to me for an 11 year old $117.00 CPU.

As you can see, the difference between the AMD R5 PRO 3400G + Clear Linux & Opera browser and the Intel i3-3240 + FreeBSD & Chromium is smaller than you might think.
In fact, it seems that the fastest systems currently in existence with a heavy overclock may not be 2x faster than this 11 year old Intel Core i3 CPU.

The difference between the 13900KF and your 5800X is about 35.1% in single core performance. The difference between the i3-3240 and the 3400G is 40.8% and this only gives a difference of 469 points in this test of PSPDFKit. Logically the 13900KF should currently score around 2100 in this test.

The i3-3240 = 3864
The i9-13900KF = 2100

2 cores vs 24 cores
3MB cache vs 36MB cache
1600 MHz RAM vs 7200 MHz RAM
3.4GHZ vs 5.80 GHz + (very) large differences in IPC

3864/2100 = 1.84

Hardware: Intel i3-3240 + 8GB DDR3 @1600MHz dual-channel + NVIDIA GTX 650 1GB + EVO 850 500GB
Software: ROSA Fresh 12.4 + LXQt + Chrome version 117.0.5911.2 + proprietary Nvidia driver

In this particular test, ROSA Linux is amazingly fast compared to Clear Linux and most other Linux distributions.

It seems that Chrome has become faster in this test compared to the previous editions. Long ago, Chrome might have been faster than it is now in this test.

With this benchmark I understand that the lower the score the better?

Indeed.

The reason you score so well is because Vivaldi, Nyxt (WebKit) and Chromium have apparently now become much faster than Firefox and Chrome in this test.

I used Chrome in my last result.

I did a couple of quick runs just now:
Chrome Canary = 1842
Edge Canary = 3669
