Question about running eac games with Nv telemetry disabled.

@W1zzard this is a question for you I believe, since you make the clean install program, I honestly don't know as I don't play multiplayer games.

I am assuming no though otherwise people would have complained about it by now.

Exactly this. I've been using this option since I first introduced it and never had issues.

Without the option EAC will just not start the games, which I'd assume is the expected behavior, instead of just banning people, which is definitely a false-positive

I agree that eac wont let us launch the game without but since were bypassing, cant eac detect it as a malicious attempt?

The "bypass" doesn't touch EAC or what it does. It just rebuilds the signature in a specific way, so that EAC's buggy implementation of the driver check is happy

I use this option with online multiplayer EAC games and have never had an issue.

I think it's reasonable to wonder "does this pose any risk?", coming here to ask is the correct action
