RTX 3060ti has mining bios how to fix?

Storage 3x Crucial MX500 1tb SSDs
Display(s) Acer nitro XV272U 1440p 170hz
Case Deepcool M370
Power Supply Thermaltake GX2 600w
I bought this from a coworker who used it to mine, it doesn't keep it's clocks when underload and checking the gpuz, this bios isn't the original one.

I see two different ones but I'm not sure which one will work for this?

I have returned the card mods can lock this.
