Sycom's "Silent Master" range of GeForce RTX 40-series graphics cards has welcomed two new GPU options: RTX 4070 Ti SUPER and RTX 4070 SUPER. As evidenced in accompanying product shots, the Japanese manufacturer has partnered with Noctua—the latter's flagship NF-A12x25 120 mm PWM fan is utilized within Sycom's custom air-cooled solution. According to a press release, the original fan cover design "was created by Nagao Seisakusho/Nagao Industry."

Silent Master graphics cards are not factory overclocked—Sycom prefers to concentrate on quiet operation rather than heavily ramped up performance. A good chunk of their product pages are dedicated to audio recordings of hushed operation. They claim noise levels of 31.4 dB when idle, and 42.1 dB (max) for their GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER 16 GB model. The GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB posted 31.4dB when idle and 37.9dB at full whack. Silent Master graphics cards are only available within "BTO option" systems—Sycom specializes in pre-built PC systems, with plenty of Noctua parts housed within.

VideoCardz: "These Sycom GPUs are exclusively available in Japan and can only be acquired as part of a pre-built system; they are not sold separately. The Silent Master NEO Z790/D5 PC with Core i5-14600K has the following prices for Sycom GPUs:"
  • RTX 4060 Ti 8 GB Sycom SM: ¥271,460 (base)
  • RTX 4060 Ti 16 GB Sycom SM: ¥281,630 (+10,170)
  • RTX 4070 Sycom SM: ¥302,900 (+31,440)
  • RTX 4070 SUPER Sycom SM: ¥313,070 (+41,610)
  • RTX 4070 Ti Sycom SM: ¥327,990 (+56,530)
  • RTX 4070 Ti SUPER Sycom SM: ¥353,340 (+81,880)

I think this actually looks design-wise a bit better than the same idea from Asus. Shame the availability is non-existent.

except being 4 slot cooler and probably heavier in a 4090 card alone.

Honestly this doesn't look that far off from what you could just do yourself.
Get yourself a morpheus or xtreme, zip-tie two fans, get a splitter and JST to PWM converter and voila.
The only thing that you gotta do yourself (or not, it's mostly looks) is the shroud.

But admittedly it's interesting to be able to buy the equivalent retail.

It's function (just a metal bracket holding the fans) over form (angled plastic shroud with gamer aesthetics and looking like a owl)

I wonder if there's a way to buy this cooling as a stand-alone (radiator+fan bracket), just to put on any referent card? Having the option to switch fans for other type (or color, *caugh* Noctua *caugh*) would be nice too. I remember there was a time when Arctic sold GPU coolings as a stand-alone versions (and they were good).
