I have this build:
  • AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • ASUS TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WIFI II
  • 8x2 Corsair DDR4-2132 RAM (1066 MHz)
  • GPU 2060 evga
  • hdd wd digital blue and black
  • mnve sp 1tb
  • DeepCool GameStormCaptain 240mm AI Cooling
  • deepcool dunkase case
  • psu: thermaltake paris 650
  • Monitor 1:LG Full HD monitor | 24" Monitor ML600S Series | Full HD, IPS, FreeSync 75Hz, Integrated Speakers
  • monitor 2: philips 246 elh fhd
I'm considering these changes:

  • Ram: 3600 cl 16 16 or 32GB
  • GPU: Gainward 4070 Super (although the 7900gree isn't bad)

Case:(always in argb)

  • Deepcool ch560
  • be quiet! Pure Base 500DX Black
  • be quiet! Pure Base 500 FX Black Midi Tower
  • Phanteks Eclipse G360A
  • Phanteks Eclipse G500A
Monitors:

  • LG 27GR75Q
  • Koorui GN03
  • KTC H27T22
What do you recommend me to do?
In your opinion, can the PSU keep this build or should I change it?

If it's for gaming, I would also upgrade the 6-core CPU you have for a 8+ core CPU...

Otherwise your CPU will become the bottleneck quickly and you don't want that when you just have bought a shiny new GPU.

If you don't want to do a AM5 platform upgrade then your best choice for gaming would be a 5800x3d yes.

GPU wise, I prefer nvidia, but buy whatever you like, check reviews and the games you play.

For the GPU, if I choose Nvidia, which custom do you recommend? What else do you recommend?

I mostly check the GPU/Hotspot temperatures in reviews, the lower the better.
If you buy nvidia, be sure your monitor is at least G-Sync Compatible.

I would get a Be Quiet!, Seasonic or FSP PSU, preferably one with at least 10 or 12 years warranty.
I'd say get a 850W PSU so you can upgrade your other hardware again and reuse the same PSU in the near future.

After scrolling thru a few YT vids, the 5600x is going to bottleneck that 4070super.

From what you have listed, my suggestions would be:

Keep your existing case. Use that money to replace the CPU, 5700x3d, or 5800x3d, since the 5600x3d is no longer available.
Memory upgrade is a must, you are leaving atleast 10-15% performance on the table. any 3200 - 3600 kit will work really.(no cheap Corsair Ram, Team Group isnt bad)

Monitors are hard to recommend, it depends on how picky you are about back light bleed, bezel sizes, how well hdr works, brightness and the list go on and on.
I have a cheap $150 1440p 170hz Aopen monitor that I am extremely happy with.

PSU. Dont skimp on the heart of your system. You dont need anything bigger than a 750w 800w PSU. You want to say in the efficiency curve for the PSU.

Imo no need to buy a new PSU with every hardware upgrades...

That's why I recommend a 850W PSU with at least a 10-year warranty.

the problem is that the dukan is not very ventilated. Just think that through cyberpunk the radiator became hot but as I opened the front door, it managed to cool down a little

of ram I found the fury no rgb at 3600 cl 16.
As for the psu I saw itek, gigabyte and kolink.
For the monitor, I'm undecided about the brand, as I've never heard of the KTC

Ahh yes, the close everything off era of cases.

Ok, well the case aside, you will need to upgrade the 5600x, from the videos I watched (quick scanned thru) I seen the 4070super running between 70-90% @ 1440p. If you can get everything else, besides the CPU now, just know that there is more horse power available from your card.

As for cases, After modding my case to have the GPU vertical, I will not mount my GPU in any other configuration, ever. Even if that means I have to use this case til it falls apart, which I am okay with. I have room for everything I will ever need. But its your eye candy, so go with what you like best.

While the 5600X WILL bottleneck a 4070S, it won't be anything gamebreaking. Talking from experience with a 7900XTX.
I do recommend getting at least a 5700X3D and if possible a 5800X3D down the road, though. With an X3D CPU you may not even need to upgrade the RAM, it is less sensitive to RAM frequency and timings (not that they don't help, just not as much).

PSU _ Run away from the Gigabyte PSU. Its a damn fire hazard, I am sure they fixed it, but I am not buying one and I am a gigabyte fan.

With Monitors, its slippery slope. I have never seen a KTC or Koorui in person, LG is the only brand I know. Not saying I wouldnt buy either of the other two, like I said, I never seen an Aopen monitor before this one I got.

For pure rasterization, the 7900 GRE is marginally faster. RT the 4070S is miles ahead.
The 4070S also uses less power.

the ram for me is 2133mhz
Ooops, my blunder. I thought you had something in the 3000 or 3200 ballpark. So yes, by all means get at least a 2x16GB 3200+ kit.

ok so nvidia is better... while custom is recommended? I saw that there are many companies like Palit, Zotac, Inno3D, Grainward etc

Those are all decent brands for Nvidia Cards, they all perform simally. You are never going to be able to see that 4-5% difference from reference to aib. Just the cooling solutions,

I'd say to get what is more readily available and closer to MSRP, with warranty terms you may accept (that's highly regional). Some overclocked models (*cough* ROG Strix *cough*) ask way too much over lesser models against what plus they actually deliver.
The only 2-fan model I'd look for is the ASUS Dual, though. Any 3-fan model should be just fine.

4070S, 57/5800X3D, RAM upgrade if you can, but not required with an X3D. As others have said, get a new ATX 3.0 PSU, dark rock 13 is good.

He will need to upgrade the 2100MT ram. It wont be a huge, gigantic increase, but it will need faster ram, with ReSizable bar or Smart access memory, all the same thing really..

Any 3-fan model should be just fine.
so if I find a 3 fan one it's fine, if not one is as good as the other?

Correct. They are all with-in margin of error of each other.

They all work in a tight performance margin from one another: thermals and acoustics may be the most noticeable difference, while some may allow higher power limits for overclocking. What importance that has over price difference, is for you to decide.

ok, but do you know the companies KTC and Koorui?

As for the case, are 3 140 front fans better than two 120?
