The P104-101 was a professional graphics card by NVIDIA, launched on January 5th, 2018. Built on the 16 nm process, and based on the GP104 graphics processor, in its GP104-101-A1 variant, the card supports DirectX 12. The GP104 graphics processor is a large chip with a die area of 314 mm² and 7,200 million transistors. It features 2560 shading units, 160 texture mapping units, and 64 ROPs. NVIDIA has paired 4 GB GDDR5 memory with the P104-101, which are connected using a 256-bit memory interface. The GPU is operating at a frequency of 1506 MHz, which can be boosted up to 1683 MHz, memory is running at 2002 MHz (8 Gbps effective). Being a dual-slot card, the NVIDIA P104-101 draws power from 1x 8-pin power connector, with power draw not exactly known. This device has no display connectivity, as it is not designed to have monitors connected to it. P104-101 is connected to the rest of the system using a PCI-Express 1.0 x4 interface. The card measures 267 mm in length, and features a dual-slot cooling solution.
