Colorful Announces GeForce RTX 3070 Neptune Graphics Card: Integrated AIO

Colorful has announced an expanded addition to its Neptune lineup of AIO, water-cooled graphics cards in the form of the RTX 3070. Previously, the company only offered Neptune versions of its RTX 3090; and the company seems to have prioritized the GeForce RTX 3070 instead of the RTX 3080 as its next graphics card to receive the integrated watercooling solution.

Like the RTX 3090 Neptune, the RTX 3070 Neptune features RGB lighting on its central core fan that delivers RGB illumination - fully customizable via the iGame Center App. It's a 2-slot graphics card that comes with its own 240 mm radiator, with a dual 120 mm silent fan configuration for heat dissipation purposes. The Colorful RTX 3070 Neptune features a 14 + 4 phase power supply circuit that's kept fed by a 3x 8-pin power delivery subsystem, and keeps the "One-Key OC" capability that's materialized in a bracket button that overclocks the card automagically. The card features a Base clock of 1,500 MHz and Boost clock 1,725 MHz, elevated by the One-Key OC functionality to 1,845 MHz. I/O is assured by 1x HDMI and 3x DisplayPort. TDP for the card is rated at 270 W; size is 295 mm long, 150 mm wide and 42 mm thick, while the radiator stands at 118 mm wide, 271 mm deep and 53 mm thick.

Intel Partners with ASUS To Launch Iris Xe Desktop Graphics Cards to OEMs

Intel has partnered with ASUS and Colorful to design and launch Intel Iris Xe discrete desktop graphics cards. The two new DG1 boards are targeted towards mainstream users and small to medium-size businesses. The cards will only be available to system integrators who will offer Iris Xe discrete graphics as part of pre-built systems.

These new desktop cards follow the launch of Intel Iris Xe MAX for notebooks, including many of the same features and specifications. The cards feature 80 execution units and 4 GB of LPDDR4X video memory which is 16 execution units less than the notebook version however we are unsure of what clock speed they will be running at. The desktop cards also feature the same three display outputs, hardware video decode and encode acceleration, including AV1 decode support, VESA Adaptive Sync, and Display HDR support along with artificial intelligence capabilities.

Update Jan 28th: Colorful has recently published an official statement clarifying that they will not be releasing an Intel Iris Xe Desktop Graphics Card, this means that Intel's other launch partner is currently unknown.

Colorful Releases Two New RTX 3060 Ti Graphics Cards

Colorful today has added two new graphics cards to its staple of NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti models, the iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ultra White OC and iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Advanced OC. Both of them feature a triple fan cooling solution (2x 90 mm and 1x 80 mm central fan), and feature a "one click overclock" function that's manifested in a I/O panel button. Both are equally equipped with 8 GB of 14 Gbps GDDR6 memory, and both feature an I/O configuration set at 3x DisplayPort and 1x HDMI 2.0. Both also feature a 2x 8-pin power delivery subsystem.

The iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ultra White OC features a white cover and backplate (as the name implies), although there are some colored graphics in the shroud, which prevent it from being used in minimalist builds. The card features a base clock of 1,410 MHz, a Boost clock of 1,665 MHz (with the One-Key Overclock function driving it up to 1,770 MHz). The external dimensions are 315 mm length, 131.5 mm width, and 56 mm thickness. As for the iGame GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Advanced OC, it keeps all the clocks of the Ultra White OC except for the One-Key Overclock function, which drives it 30 MHz higher up to 1,800 MHz. External dimensions are 315.5 mm length, 131 mm width, and 53 mm thickness.

Colorful Announces Six-Card Limited Edition Graphics Card: RTX 3090 iGame Vulcan RNG Edition

Colorful has announced a limited-edition, six-part reinvention of its RTX 3090 iGame Vulcan graphics card. The new card simply adds RNG to the name, a homage to Chinese e-Sports team RNG (Royal Never Give Up), who have climbed to fame through their League of Legends antics - the perfect use-case for an RTX 3090 GPU, obviously.

Colorful has changed the color profile of the card, trading in the gray color found in the vanilla RTX 3090 iGame Vulcan for a satin gold finish. The backplate has also received a special treatment, with a golden graphic depicting all six team members of the e-Sports team. Five of these cards will be given to clan members - a great partnership payment if I've ever seen one), while the last one will be offered via social media. We're looking at another collector's graphics card, although its development nature and graphics might affect its final selling price. All in all, this 6-card edition likely represents at least half of the available stock for the RTX 3090 GPU.

COLORFUL Launches GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Series Graphics Cards

Colorful Technology Company Limited, a professional manufacturer of graphics cards, motherboards, all-in-one gaming and multimedia solutions, and high-performance storage, proudly introduces the COLORFUL GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Series graphics cards. COLORFUL's line-up consists of the Vulcan, Advanced, Ultra, and the new Ultra White Series models, each of which come with a different set of premium features to cater to different types of gamers and PC enthusiasts.

Powered by the NVIDIA Ampere architecture and the 2nd generation of NVIDIA RTX, the world's most powerful PC gaming platform for real-time raytracing and AI, the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti delivers blistering 1080p and 1440p gameplay starting at only US$399. The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti supports the trifecta of GeForce gaming innovations including performance-accelerating and IQ-enhancing NVIDIA DLSS technology which is now available in over 25 games; NVIDIA Reflex which reduces system latency ("input lag"), making games more responsive, and giving players in competitive multiplayer titles an extra edge over the opposition; and NVIDIA Broadcast, a suite of audio and video AI enhancements including virtual backgrounds and noise removal that users can apply to chats, Skype calls and video meetings.

Colorful Introduces iGame GeForce RTX 3090 Neptune OC-V Liquid Cooled Graphics Card

Colorful today released the iGame GeForce RTX 3090 Neptune OC-V, its flagship RTX 3090 graphics card which comes with a factory-fitted all-in-one liquid closed-loop cooler (CLC). This card differs slightly from the Neptune OC the company debuted in September with the addition of an RGB controller and illuminated fans. The card features a premium 26-phase (14+8+4) VRM solution that draws power from three 8-pin PCIe power connectors, and comes with factory-overclocked speeds of 1755 MHz boost (vs. 1695 MHz reference), and an untouched 19.5 Gbps GDDR6X memory. It appears like the CLC cools not just the RTX 3090 GPU, but also the other hot components on the card, such as the memory chips and VRM.

A 240 mm x 120 mm radiator with a pair of ARGB LED illuminated fans handles all of the card's cooling. On the card itself, there is a circular ornament that resembles a fan, but is actually the crown of the pump-block. It's possible that a base-plate pushes heat from the ancillaries onto the CLC's cold-plate. The card measures 29.1 cm in length, 15.1 cm in height (you have to factor in the fittings), and is strictly 2 slots thick. The radiator's dimensions are typical of a 240 mm unit. Display outputs include three DisplayPort 1.4a and one HDMI 2.1. The card features dual-BIOS with a push-type selector switch at the rear I/O bracket. The company didn't reveal pricing, but we estimate it to be close to the $2,000-mark MSRP.

Rumor: GeForce RTX 3090 Pricing to Arrive Around the $2,000 Mark

A user on ChipHell going by the alias Alienxzy posted a screenshot taken from an alleged insider account with information regarding plans for next-gen RTX 3090 as fabricated by NVIDIA's AIB partner Colorful. According to the original information, posted on ChipHell as a screenshot, Colorful will be releasing two high-end versions of the RTX 3090 graphics card, in the form of the Vulcan (air-cooled) and Neptune (hybrid cooling) models. According to it, and when the text is parsed through a translator, the tentative pricing for NVIDIA's next-gen is slated at CNY 13,999 (online selling) for the Vulcan X OC, and CNY 12,999 (again online selling) for the Neptune. These translate to roughly $2,000 for the high-end Vulcan X OC and (strangely, for a hybrid, water-cooled version) $1875 for the Neptune. Another pricing of CNY 12,000 is mentioned for the Vulcan ($1,730), so that might actually be the real pricing (and makes more sense compared to the Neptune).

Some more information is present on the rumor-mill-powering post, such as a 5 V RGB capability that pairs the graphics cards' lighting with that of the motherboard (and vice-versa), as well as improved in-card display for the Vulcan X; meanwhile, sales of the Neptune graphics card for the previous generation were reportedly low, which is why its pricing is reportedly being revised close to its introduction, which will be in the same ballpark of the Vulcan X OC. If true, this should set the pricing trend for NVIDIA's expected top offering in the RTX 3000 series, and it's creeping ever higher - the cost to have a generation's best performer is becoming more and more (insert descriptor here). Even considering NVIDIA's all but guaranteed Founders' Edition, we're looking at a steep pricing landscape. Do please note the rumor tag on the title of the news post, as this isn't confirmed information in any way or form. Images below for the Vulcan X and Neptune are merely representative of current generation's offerings.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 "Ampere" Alleged PCB Picture Surfaces

As we are getting close to September 1st, the day NVIDIA launches its upcoming GeForce RTX graphics cards based on Ampere architecture, we are getting even more leaks. Today, an alleged PCB of the NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce RTX 3090 has been pictured and posted on social media. The PCB appears to be a 3rd party design coming from one of NVIDIA's add-in board (AIB) partners - Colorful. The picture is blurred out on the most of the PCB and has Intel CPU covering the GPU die area to hide the information. There are 11 GDDR6X memory modules covering the surrounding of the GPU and being very near it. Another notable difference is the NVLink finger change, as there seems to be the new design present. Check out the screenshot of the Reddit thread and PCB pictures below:

Colorful Unveils Trio of GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6 Graphics Cards

Colorful rolled out a trio of new GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6 graphics cards. These include products from the company's BattleAx and iGame product lines. All three appear to be based on a common board design with a 3+1 phase VRM, and a monoblock aluminium heatsink that's ventilated by a dual fan setup. The base model, without any special branding, sticks to NVIDIA-reference clock speeds of 1590 MHz GPU Boost and 12 Gbps memory. Interestingly, it features a 6-pin PCIe power input (isn't normally needed if the GTX 1650 GDDR6 is running at reference speeds).

Next up, is the Colorful GTX 1650 GDDR6 BattleAx, with a red+black color scheme, an otherwise identical design to the base model, but a healthy factory-overclock of 1710 MHz GPU Boost (vs. 1590 MHz reference). Leading the pack is the iGame GTX 1650 D6 Ultra OC. This product, too, features a mostly identical design to the other two, but with a more premium-looking cooler shroud, and a metal back-plate being included. The card features dual-BIOS, with a "Turbo" BIOS that has increased power limits to facilitate a 1725 MHz GPU Boost factory OC. All three cards run the memory at 12 Gbps (GDDR6-effective), take in one 6-pin PCIe power input, and offer a display output layout with one each of dual-link DVI-D, HDMI 2.0b, and DisplayPort 1.4a. The company didn't reveal pricing.
