Gamdias HEBE P1A Headset, ZEUS P2, HADES M1 Gaming Mice at Computex 2019

While at Computex we made sure to visit Gamdias and let's just say they had quite the diverse lineup on display. Starting with peripherals the company had the HEBE P1A headset on hand. Sporting RGB lighting like the majority of products on display it did have some impressive specifications. Starting with the drivers, Gamdias went big cramming 53mm units into the headset with a noise canceling system. Taking things a step further on the sound front the HEBE P1A also offers simulated 7.1 surround sound. For comfort and ease of use, it has oversized earcups along with a flexible unidirectional microphone. Meanwhile, impedance is quite low with it being rated at 32 Ohm meaning it won't need an amp to get the most out of it.

Endgame Gear XM1 and XM1 RGB Gaming Mice Smile For The Camera

Endgame Gear's latest gaming mice the XM1 and XM1 RGB were on hand during our visit at Computex 2019. The XM1 RGB uses analog technology for a true <1ms switches response time. When it comes to getting things feeling just right, the company turned to OMRON, using their pre-sorted mechanical 50M switches. When it comes to the overall shape, it has an ergonomic design that is meant for right-handed users and should be comfortable with most grip styles. It is also exceptionally lightweight at just 81g, making it easy to push around when paired with the 100% PTFE glides and Pixart's MW3389 flagship sensor. Meanwhile, the XM1 without RGB lighting is the same as its sibling it except the lack of RGB LEDs makes it even lighter at just 70g.

Sharkoon appeared quite ready to take a bite out of the competition at Computex 2019. They came to the show with a full assortment of cases, keyboards, mice, gaming chairs and even a mini USB DAC for gamers which was quite nice to see as it was unexpected and unique coming from Sharkoon. Dubbed the Gaming DAC Pro S, it packs a powerful high-resolution gaming DAC with TRRS microphone input. It can also act as a USB soundcard with headphone Amp for an immersive crystal clear audio experience. It is worth noting that it is compatible with Android on top of the Windows and macOS.

Delux Showcases Keyboards, Gaming and Vertical Mice at Computex 2019

Delux may not be well known in the west, but they are looking to make a splash with a diverse product range which they had on display at Computex 2019. The company had quite a few keyboards to check out including partial gaming keyboards like the T6 which was designed with Fortnite in mind. It featured blue mechanical switches with RGB backlighting that comes with six effects. It also used a pluggable Type-C braided cable which was quite a bit different compared to more contemporary designs as well.

Another unique offering was the KM16 which has Bluetooth built in and through which supports mobile devices. It has adjustable height feet that use a rotating design delivering a more user customizable experience without having to flip the keyboard over to make said adjustments. When it comes to the keys themselves, they are fully programmable and feature N-key rollover.

Tecware at Computex 2019: Spectre Pro Mechanical Keyboard and Professional Gaming Mice

While visiting with Tecware at Computex 2019, we caught a glimpse of their peripheral lineup, which included a new keyboard dubbed the Spectre PRO and three professional gaming mice dubbed the Impulse PRO, Vector PRO, and Torque PRO.

Starting with the keyboard, the Spectre PRO is a standard 104-key layout design that unlike its competitors comes with modular switch sockets for easy switch replacement with Tecware going so far as to include the tools for the job in the box. When it comes to the switches themselves, they are Outemu Red, Blue, and Brown switches. Other features include 11 multimedia keys and a volume adjustment knob. Macro recording and custom profiling are also built in as well. In terms of build quality, the Spectre PRO impressed when it comes to the keycaps as they were double-shot ABS and had a nice solid feel. Meanwhile the RGB lighting was quite well done too with support for per key customization along with 18 pre-set lighting modes and 11 under glow lighting modes. As with any gaming keyboard, N-key rollover is supported as well.

Corsair Launches Ironclaw RGB Wireless and Glaive RGB Pro Gaming Mice

With unbelievably fast sub-1ms wireless latency, a wireless range of up to 33ft, and Intelligent Frequency Shift (IFS) ensuring a stable signal even in heavy wireless traffic, SLIPSTREAM WIRELESS offers a wired mouse gaming experience, without the wire.

Hands On With Patriot's RGB Mouse Pad, Mechanical Keyboard and Gaming Mice

While visiting Patriot, we also took a moment to examine their latest PC gaming peripherals which included the absurd yet genuinely excellent RGB rollout mouse pad. Available in two sizes (350 x 260 x 3 mm and 900 x 420 x 3 mm) it is made of a polyester and natural rubber with a PCBA and optical fiber material for those sweet RGB LED effects. Speaking of the RGB effects, it offers two zones via software allowing for customization of color and brightness along with flash and breathing modes. Using a button switch will manually allow for seven color options and auto breathing. Overall it was a unique offering that grabbed our attention. Regardless of if you love or hate the RGB fad on some products here it just feels fitting oddly enough.

BenQ Issues Announcement Concerning the Noise Issue with Their EC-B Series Mice

BenQ has detected that a small percentage of their EC-B series mice produce a noise which is noticeable to some users. The company narrowed down the issue to the high frequency vibrations caused by the Avago 3360 sensor and other internal components. These vibrations, which don't affect the mice's performance, are also harmless to the human body. The issue has been addressed and will not affect future products. But since customer comfort and satisfaction are important to BenQ, the company is offering replacement mice starting mid-March. EC-B mice owners who suffer from the noise issue can contact BenQ's service center directly for further assistance.

COUGAR Announces Two New Flagship FPS Gaming Mice - Minos X5 and Revenger S

COUGAR announces today the arrival to international markets of its two new FPS gaming mice: Revenger S and Minos X5. This pair of gaming input devices is the result of years of research, optimization and field testing with the single goal of helping gamers unleash all their gaming skills.

These two mice share the same powerful entrails, packing within themselves everything a gamer can ask for. The first piece of this dream configuration is the Pixart PMW3360 sensor, a piece of technology that has already become a byword for accuracy and one-to-one tracking. Building on that excellent base is COUGAR's fine-tuned electronic specifications and structure that grant both mice the ability to work with a 2000 Hz polling rate. This combination of specs is at the heart of these mice's superiority: The optical accuracy of the PMW3360 allows gamers to bring all their prowess to the game, while the 2000Hz refresh rate sends updated input data twice as fast as most competitors. Accuracy and fast response meet in a lethal combination that potentially allows gamers to react twice as fast as their rivals using non-2000 Hz mice.

Cooler Master Showcases Portfolio of Mice and Keyboard Solutions at Computex

Cooler Master took to the stage on Computex 2017 showcasing its solutions for every gamer's needs, from the RGB-crazed one to the serious, twitch-shooter.

On to keyboards first, we have the Cooler Master Masterkeys PRO L RGB, which manages to fit both Cherry MX switches and a full RGB solution that can radiate 16.7 million colors. There's also on-the-fly macros and profile support, with the Fn key getting a whole lot of love. All in a sleek, minimalistic design, if you ignore the screaming LEDs. The Masterkeys PRO S is essentially the same, but lacking the number pad. The Masterkeys S, on the other hand, eschews the RGB lighting, lacks profile support and on-the-fly switching, and also ditches the number pad. The minimalistic design is somewhat destroyed by the bright, screaming, angry red WASD keys, but there's no denying you'll be hard-pressed to confuse them with other, non life-saving movement keys.

Popular Tesoro Gaming Mice Get RGB LED Treatment

Tesoro showed off RGB LED-equipped variants of its three popular gaming mice. The new Sagitta Spectrum, Sharur Spectrum, and Ascalon Spectrum (pictured in that order), feature RGB LED-lit lighting elements towards the base, scroll-wheel, and the company logo on the top. The Sharur Spectrum is characterized by an LED diffuser towards its base, which lights up your mouse mat. It features a 4,000 DPI sensor. Finally, there's the Ascalon Spectrum, with its RTS-optimized design with a fixed thumb-rest, featuring a 6,400 true DPI sensor.

Razer Announces Lancehead Gaming Mice

Razer has announced the addition of two new gaming mice to their repertoire, with the Lancehead Wireless Gaming Mouse and the Lancehead Tournament Edition mice. These are both essentially the same, except that the Tournament Edition is wired, while the Lancehead Wireless gaming Mouse is... You guessed it. The wireless Lancehead makes use of something Razer calls Adaptive Frequency Technology (AFT) - frequency hopping that aims to avoid congested frequencies by setting up the optimal one each time the mouse is turned on, only changing it on a as-needed basis.

Logitech's New Addition to Their Gaming Mice Line-up - The G203 Prodigy

In another addition to their gaming mice product range, Logitech has gone and left behind the complex, sometimes overly contoured designs of recent gaming mice in developing their new G203 Prodigy. The G203 does present a design that is closer to a neutral one, with no particular ergonomics considerations for either a left-handed or right-handed person (save for the pair of left-side thumb buttons). This thus increases the overall number of users whose natural hand posture may allow them to use this gaming mouse with more comfort, though it does mean the mouse makes some sacrifices in overall ergonomics.

Gamdias Introduces the Zeus P1, M1 and E1 Gaming Mice

Gamdias has recently introduced three new gaming mice with general availability, and an interesting take on the mice product wars: instead of developing different designs and ergonomics for virtually every different mice available in their portfolio, Gamdias seems to be taking an approach more in-line with boutique PC makers and OEM assemblers. They develop a single chassis, and then market several different tiers of products around that same base design.

The Gamdias Zeus P1, M1 and E1, therefore, are based on the same generally ambidextrous design (though the existence of two additional thumb buttons on the left side of the mice does take a little away from a true ambidextrous design), with the Zeus P1 being the top-of-the-line model - with a 12.000 DPI sensor (identical to the one found on the M1, but higher quality than the 7.000 DPI one on the M1) and full RGB lighting (of which the M1 also makes use, while the E1 makes do with "multi-color" lighting).

AZiO Unveils a Trio of Gaming Mice

AZiO showed off a three new gaming mice the company plans to launch through 2017, the GM2400, the Atom, and the Aventa (pictured in that order). The GM2400 is an entry-level ambidextrous gaming mouse designed for claw-grips with either hands. It features a basic 3 button layout with a hard-teethed scroll-wheel, and a button for on-the-fly DPI adjustment. Under the hood, it features a 2,400 dpi sensor. Blue LED lighting, rubberized top surface, and a braided USB cable make for the rest of it.

The AZiO Atom is the company's new mid-range gaming mouse. Featuring a rustic (worn-out) industrial ambidextrous design, the mouse is designed for e-Sports, with 7 programmable buttons, a 3,200 dpi sensor with 1000 Hz polling rate, red LED illumination, a zero-acceleration mode, and a detachable braided USB cable. Lastly, there's the Aventa, the company's latest premium gaming mouse, featuring a right handed design, with its body borrowing design elements from the Exo Alpha. It features 7 programmable buttons, an Avago 9800 (8,200 dpi) laser sensor, RGB LED lighting, and a detachable braided USB cable.
