NZXT Rolls Out New High-End Tempest 210 Mid-Tower Case

NZXT Intros Colorful, Illuminated FS Silent Series Fans

NZXT released colorful new additions to its FS Silent Fan Series, the FS-200 LED. Available in red, green, and blue, these LED-lit variants of the famous round-framed 200 mm fan bear the same exact specifications as the original. The fans come with switches (compatible with NZXT Phantom LED switch) that can toggle the LEDs on/off, so you can still have a colorful fan if you find its lighting too gaudy for your case.

The new fans use continue to use black frames like the original, the edges of the four arms of the round frame hold the color LEDs, the impellers are colorful and transparent. With a speed range of 500 to 900 RPM, these 200 mm spinners can push up to 89.5 CFM of air while being as quiet as 20.16 dBA. It uses rifled bearing, with a rated lifespan of 40,000 hours. Its cord is sleeved, and draws power from a 3-pin fan header. Attachments for 2-pin header and Molex connector come bundled. NZXT Intros Tempest EVO Camo Case

NZXT let loose a special variant of its popular Tempest mid-tower ATX case, the Tempest EVO Camo. The case has a white-grey-black (arctic) digital camouflage pattern printed on it for a military look, an aesthetic touch for the LAN-party animals. Like the standard Tempest EVO, it measures 211.5 x 521.5 x 562 mm, weighing 11.2 kg, making use of SECC steel. It has a perforated front with three 5.25" bays, two LED-lit 120 mm fan intakes. Interiors remain all-black, there are two internal 3.5" drive cages with three bays, each. A 120 mm rear exhaust fan, provision for two fans on top, and a fan on the side-panel, make for the rest of its active ventilation. It is expected to be priced at $150, a $40 premium over the base model.

NZXT Readies Crafted Series Vulcan Micro-ATX Case

NZXT's newest creation is the Vulcan. This micro-ATX tower case, as the company claims, is 40% more compact than ATX full-towers, and is designed to be LAN-portable. Being part of its Crafted Series cases, the Vulcan got its fair share of aesthetics that come from sharp industrial looks, all-black interiors, and extensive ventilation. The case measures 380 (H) x 180 (W) x 406 (D) mm, weighing 5.9 kg. It supports micro-ATX form-factor motherboards with nearly all the upper region of the motherboard tray having an opening to help handling certain types of CPU coolers. The case has two 5.25" drive bays, and four 3.5" bays in two parts. Between these two parts there's room created for long graphics cards. Ventilation includes 120 mm fan front intake, two 120 mm top exhaust, 92 mm rear exhaust, and a large 200 mm side panel intake. The Vulcan could be rolled out next month.

NZXT Debuts Hades Gaming PC Chassis

NZXT, a company built on realizing the dreams of gamers worldwide, is proud to unveil Hades, a chassis that provides an array of advanced features for the most demanding PC enthusiast. Airflow is optimized with 5 fans(dual 200mm intake, 200 mm front fan, dual top 140mm fans, side 200mm fan, and rear 120mm exhaust). NZXT includes all the fans with the exception of the top 140mm and also provides a dual fan 8W per channel controller giving enthusiasts freedom to manage intake and exhaust airflow. NZXT Intros Gamma Classic Series Case

NZXT expanded its Classic Series of PC cases with the Gamma. This all-black ATX mid-tower intends to provide the essentials of casing the PC of today, while attempting to be creative with its bezel design to the extant possible. It measures 190 X 449 X 508 mm (W x H x D), and weighs 6 kg. The case material is steel, including a dash of meshed steel in the front-panel. The front-panel includes four 5.25" drive bays, audio, USB, and eSATA connectors, and perforated steel to cover the front intake fan.

The interiors are all-black, with seven internal 3.5" drive bays. Apart from openings that help in cable management, the motherboard tray has an opening that makes working with CPU coolers with back-plates easier. The ventilation system provides a lot of room for expansion: a 120 mm intake fan, two side 120 mm fans, a rear 120 mm, and another two 140 or 120 mm fans on top. Ports for water-tubing are included. It is available in Europe, for a price of 39.90 EUR.

NZXT Unveils Beta EVO Mid-Tower Case

NZXT announced its new low-frills PC case, the Beta EVO. This ATX mid-tower has an all-black steel design, including its interiors. It has four 5.25" drive bays, a 90 degree turned hard drive cage that lets you slide in drives from the side. The PSU bay is located at the bottom, and has a detachable dust filter. The motherboard tray has a punchout behind the CPU area that lets easy handling of CPU coolers with back-plates/bolts. There is mounting room for six 120 mm fans (1 rear, 2 top, 1 front, 2 side). The top fan mounts support 140 mm fans. NZXT however, doesn't ship any fans with the case. There are two holes in the back for water-cooling tubing. The utility panel is located on the top, which includes USB, audio connectors. NZXT will make the product available for as low as US $50, which lets users load the case with fans of their choice, for as low as $10 added to it. The company will start shipping it this September.

NZXT M59 Medium Tower PC Chassis Early Look

PC Games Hardware Online is again a step ahead of NZXT themselves, giving us an early look at their latest enclosure - the mid-tower M59 PC chassis. The new all-black case is big enough to fit four 5.25-inch drives, and up to five 3.5-inch hard disks, also the case comes with brackets that allow for up to two 2.5-inch solid-state drives to be installed inside. For adequate cooling NZXT provides two 120 mm fans installed on the side panel and on the back of the case. An additional two 140 mm fans can be installed on top of the case. Lastly, the case has pre-drilled holes that ease the installation of external water cooling radiators a lot. The case is expected to start selling later this month for just under 60 Euro.

NZXT Silently Introduces Sentry 2 Fan Controller

NZXT, specializing in making gaming chassis, has silently introduced Sentry 2 series fan controller. Representing a step up compared to the original Sentry and Sentry LX, the Sentry 2 occupies single 5.25-inch slot and displays all the needed information on a big touchscreen display. There are no buttons or knobs, all there is to be adjusted is controlled by touching. The NZXT Sentry 2 has five temperature sensors, and supports up to five fans. It can display the temperature readings from the sensors, fan speeds, it can also manually control fans rotation speeds and alarm you if there's a fan malfunction. The NZXT Sentry 2 will set you back 29.90 Euro.
