Asus RTX 2060 vbios problem

Hi!
I recently bought an Asus Dual RTX 2060 Evo 6GB Gpu (non OC) listed as "broken". It was cheap and I just wanted to see if I could repair it.
Based on what I found online I'm pretty sure it has a corrupted vbios and tried the following:
1. Tried using the vbios update tool from asus but I only get a pop-up window saying "Your graphic card no need to update VBIOS!" (Google Translate is strong with this one )
2. Downloaded Nvflash and tried a bunch of other VBIOS options (at least the ones with matching pci device id) but I cannot find the original for specifically this gpu. The other vbios options just make things worse (see pictures attached, number 1 is old vbios, number 2 is anything else)
Can someone point me in the right direction? If anyone has this exact gpu, could I get a copy of your working vbios please? (since Gpu-z lets you save the vbios you are using)

I appreciate the help! The pci device id (according to gpu-z) is 10de-1e89. All the Asus Rtx 2060s on this site have 10de-1f08 and I get the pci id mismatch error. :/

So I finally had time to check these. I tried a few, but none worked.I still couldn't find the vbios I had on the card originally. It's either a pci device id mismatch or the boost clock is too high. I searched for the Vbios version number, but found nothing. I need 90.04.A3.00.0C but the only one I find is 90.04.A3.00.0D (which is the OC card). I attach a screenshot of gpu-z with all the infos available.

Yeah I just saw the 0mb memory myself. Will try to resolder or change the vram modules. Hopefully that will help.

So after disassembling the card I found the problem. I found the picture on google, it shows the part I'm talking about. The M1 and M2 vram sockets are empty and the vrams got soldered on the M12 and M11 sockets. (I think the seller did it himself, because my card has what I think is old soldering flux around those vrams) The main problem is: there is a capacitor missing next to the M12 socket. (one of the little tiny ones on the pic, 3 in the bottom right and left corner of both sockets) I could replace it, but I have no idea how to identify smd ceramic capacitors. Can anyone help? It is 0.6 mm long, the width is 0.3 (at least I know this is important for smd components) and it is brown. There is no identifying code or anything else.
